How to make paper from old clothes

How to make Paper is one of the essential products we use every day. Trees are cut down in large quantities for paper production. Instead, paper is being made from waste materials such as sugarcane bagasse.

On the other hand, used clothes are often buried in the ground or burned instead of being recycled. This pollutes the environment. The Austrian University of Technology in Graz has discovered a method for making paper from such wasted clothes.

First, cotton fabrics are cut into small pieces. Then some chemicals are mixed with them. This separates the cotton fibers from the fabric. The separated cotton fibers are collected separately so that they do not get tangled together.

Once separated, they can be used to produce paper. These papers are not used for writing. Instead, they are useful for packaging.

This type of paper is very dense and does not tear easily. Therefore, it is useful in packaging. It can also be used to make cardboard boxes. This process will be further improved in the future. Then, all the fabric waste that is thrown away will be converted into paper.

Some enzymes help in preventing the fibers in the fabrics from sticking together. Researchers are actively engaged in research to find them.

What is the reason for the friendship between a giraffe and a zebra?

In the wild, zebras and giraffes

In nature, every living creature depends on other living creatures. Many examples can be given for this. Animals and plants help each other in some way. Similarly, two different animals help each other in some way.

Recently, such a friendship between zebras and giraffes has been recorded for the first time. Biologists conducted a study among zebras living in the grasslands of South Africa.

They tied video cameras around the necks of six zebras. With this, they constantly monitored where they went and which animals they lived together with.

It was found that the zebras grazed grass and drank water with animals, including hyenas and deer. But the zebras spent more time with hyenas than with them.

Scientists investigated why there is such closeness between these two animals. It was then that this matter came to light. That is, giraffes, because they are tall, can see and sense danger from a distance and warn them.

Similarly, zebras are not easily attacked by enemy animals because they usually roam in groups.

As a result, their related giraffes also receive protection. In this way, my research has revealed that the two animals live together and help each other.
