Mumbai, Food delivery company Zomato will replace JSW Steel in the Bombay Stock Exchange’s Sensex index.
Similarly, Jio Financial Services, Suzlon Energy, Adani Green Energy, Adani Power, Samvard Thana Motherson International, Policy Bazaar’s BP, and Fintech companies will be included in the ‘BSE 100’ index.
Instead, Ashok Leyland, P. I. Industries,
IDFC, Bank, First IRCTC C, UPL, APL, and Apollo Tubes will be removed from the index.
Apart from this, Zomato, Jio Financial Services and Hindustan Aeronautics have been added to the ‘BSE Sensex 50’ index, and in their place, HDFC, Life Insurance, Bharat Petroleum, LTI and Mindtree companies that were included in this index are to be removed.
All the above changes will come into effect from December 23.

Mumbai, public sector undertaking ‘NTPC Green Energy‘ has received more than twice the applications for shares.
NTPC Green Energy, which is engaged in renewable energy generation, has decided to raise an investment of Rs 10,000 crore through a public share issue. The price of one share was fixed at Rs 102 – 108.
The period for applying for shares, which began on the 19th, ended yesterday.
